PakSlots Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PakSlots website at pakslots.ws or any associated mobile application, and by registering an account or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the PakSlots platform, whether you are browsing as a guest, a registered account holder or a VIP Club member.

PakSlots reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using PakSlots and request the closure of your account by contacting our support team.

2. Account Registration

To use PakSlots services beyond browsing, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a unique password. You are responsible for keeping all account information up to date.

PakSlots enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. You may not register more than one account under any circumstances — whether under your own name, a family member's name, a shared device or any other arrangement. Accounts found to be duplicates are suspended without notice and any balance associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

• Account registration is free and takes approximately two minutes for most Pakistani users.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number (03xx format) that you personally own and control.
• PakSlots will not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PakSlots is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify PakSlots support immediately at support@pakslots.ws.

3. Age Verification

PakSlots is strictly an 18+ platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. By registering an account, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age. PakSlots may request identity documents to verify your age at any point — including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or following a periodic review of your account.

Acceptable identity documents for age verification on PakSlots include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Pakistani passport or a government-issued identity document displaying your date of birth. Documents must be current and not expired at the time of submission.

4. Deposits & Payments

PakSlots accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 across all supported payment methods. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. PakSlots does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment source that does not belong to the registered account holder, PakSlots reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse the transaction and request additional verification documentation before restoring access.

• Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically clear within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Bank IBFT transfers may take 1–4 business hours depending on your issuing bank's processing schedule.
• PakSlots does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with Easypaisa or your bank separately.
• Deposits are non-refundable once cleared to your PakSlots wallet, except in cases of verified technical error.
• PakSlots may apply enhanced due diligence checks on deposits that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to completing identity verification and meeting any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

The minimum withdrawal amount on PakSlots is Rs 1,000. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours during operating hours. VIP Club members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing, with most withdrawals completing within 30 minutes. Withdrawals requested outside of business hours are processed on the next available working day for bank transfers, but Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed continuously 24/7.

• PakSlots does not charge withdrawal fees for standard amounts. For very large single withdrawals, a processing fee may apply — this will be disclosed before you confirm the transaction.
• Your account must be fully verified (identity and age documents confirmed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is under a security review or if additional KYC documentation has been requested and not yet received.
• PakSlots is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider after the withdrawal has been dispatched from our system.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PakSlots offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion carries its own specific terms — including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, qualifying games or markets, wagering requirements and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these general Terms by reference.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or, in some cases, bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement on PakSlots deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Free bet winnings are credited as real money and are not subject to a separate wagering requirement unless stated.

• Bonuses are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell or share a bonus with another account holder.
• PakSlots reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, any wagering already completed counts toward the requirement.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes fraud and results in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money balance when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Accumulator bets on PakSlots qualify for the 15% acca bonus on five or more legs. Each leg must carry minimum odds of 1.30 to qualify. The acca bonus is applied automatically to the calculated combined odds before your potential return is displayed.

7. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on PakSlots are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. By placing a bet, you accept the displayed odds at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.

PakSlots reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of an obvious pricing error. An obvious pricing error is defined as odds that were clearly and significantly different from the true market price due to a technical fault, data feed error or human error during odds compilation. In such cases, the stake is returned to your PakSlots wallet.

• All bets are settled on the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting governing body. PakSlots does not accept unofficial or disputed results as grounds for settlement disputes.
• If a sports event is abandoned or postponed, bets are treated as per the rules specific to that sport — in most cases, bets are voided and stakes returned unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.
• Accumulator bets where one or more legs is voided continue with the remaining qualifying legs at adjusted combined odds. A two-leg accumulator reduced to a single selection is settled as a single bet at the remaining odds.
• The maximum payout on any single sports bet on PakSlots is Rs 5,000,000. For accumulator bets, the maximum payout is Rs 10,000,000.
• Live in-play betting is subject to a brief acceptance delay during which time odds may shift. If odds change significantly during the acceptance window, the new odds are displayed and you may choose to accept or decline them before the bet is placed.

8. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games on PakSlots — including live table games, card games, slot machines and the Aviator crash game — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or use live dealer streams from licensed studios. The RNG engine used for non-live games is independently audited on a regular basis to verify fairness and statistical accuracy. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information panel.

Game results are final once the round or hand is completed. Technical malfunctions — such as a disconnection during a live game round — are handled according to the specific rules of each game provider. In most cases, if a technical fault interrupts a round after bets have been placed but before a result is determined, the round is voided and stakes are returned. PakSlots is not responsible for outcomes determined by a player's own connection issues.

• The Aviator crash game on PakSlots uses a provably fair algorithm. Players may verify the outcome of any round through the verification tool available in the game interface.
• Minimum bet for all casino games on PakSlots is Rs 50. Maximum bets vary by game and table limit — these are displayed within the game interface before you place a wager.
• Playing casino games under the influence of system exploits, glitches or bugs constitutes a violation of these Terms. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown system error are not payable and the relevant account will be investigated.

9. Responsible Gaming

PakSlots is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting and gaming should remain a form of entertainment, and we actively provide tools that help players stay in control of their activity. These tools are available to all registered PakSlots players at any time from within the account settings section of your dashboard.

Available responsible gaming tools on PakSlots include daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; reality check notifications at configurable intervals; temporary cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion. Temporary limits take effect immediately. Requests to reduce a limit are processed immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 48-hour waiting period before the higher limit is applied.

• If you choose to self-exclude from PakSlots, the exclusion is applied across all devices and login methods immediately. During an active self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or access any PakSlots services.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

PakSlots reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of or confirmed evidence of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, bonus abuse, the use of automated betting software (bots), or any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

In the event of account suspension, PakSlots will conduct an investigation within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes that a violation occurred, any funds associated with the violation may be forfeited. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, full access to the account will be restored and any pending withdrawals will be processed without further delay.

• You may request the voluntary closure of your PakSlots account at any time by contacting support@pakslots.ws. Any outstanding real-money balance will be paid out to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with the applicable fee schedule, which will be communicated to you via the email address registered to your account before any deduction is made.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the PakSlots website — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, text, software, database, page layout, design elements and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of PakSlots or its licensed content partners. This content is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PakSlots platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, transmit or create derivative works from any PakSlots content without prior written permission from PakSlots.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an account on PakSlots, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read together with this document.

PakSlots may share your data with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities as required by law or by the conditions of our operating licence. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.

13. Limitation of Liability

PakSlots provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure that the platform operates correctly and continuously, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from downtime, technical errors, data loss or any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures or third-party payment processor issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PakSlots's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant event. PakSlots is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages of any kind.

When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of PakSlots after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
